This site is a tribute to Patrick - Daddy - Grandad Bear - Pat.

We were all so lucky to have so much of his time, energy, humour, creativity, intelligence, obsession, honesty, pride and love. He made life interesting and we had so many adventures over the years often involving his love for the sea, rivers and boats. Will miss him so, so much. 

As many of your will be aware our father had a degenerative brain disease - CBD which affects your balance, movement, speech and ability to swallow. Luckily our Father hadn't progressed to experience the very worst symptoms and though needing a wheelchair, right up until lockdown he was able to come out on trips with us. We would welcome any contributions to the PSP charity, instead of flowers, so the charity can continue helping those with the condition and facilitating more research into what causes PSP & CBD. We are aware the virus is making it difficult for all of us and many are unable to work, so this is only a suggestion, just thinking of Pat on the day or posting a tribute or memory would mean just as much to us too.

Due to Covid-19 we are only able to have close family attend the funeral which will be at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Friday 15th of May at 4:30pm. Therefore we offer this site as a place you might want to visit on the day of his funeral to say your own goodbye and maybe light a candle, post a picture you have of him or leave a thought or memory. 

We will look to arrange a celebration of his life once the lockdown is over and we are all able to meet again.
